Oriole Garden Bistro launches a limited-edition menu to support Veganuary – a global movement encouraging people to explore the benefits of plant-based living for January and beyond. Guests will be able to indulge in during the whole month a thoughtfully crafted set-menu that emphasizes seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients, reflecting the hotel's commitment to luxury, where even the simplest vegetables become extraordinary.
Developed by Executive Chef, Raoul Meeuwese, the menu highlights include local and seasonal ingredients.
Each dish exquisitely blends artistry with innovation that dares even the most complex of palettes to fall in love with the endless possibilities of vegan dining.
Enhancing this experience, each dish is thoughtfully paired with a hand-selected tea curated by our Tea Sommelier, Cecilia Tjing. These tea pairings, offer a refined and refreshing alternative to traditional wine pairings, perfectly complementing the vibrant flavors of the menu.
